I am a strong leader who builds high performing teams; creates and implements innovative solutions to complex technical and business challenges.<\/b> With over 12 years of experience as an engineer in high-tech industries<\/b> like aerospace, automotive and robotics, I am well equipped to lead engineering efforts, be it hardware or software, to great success. <\/span><\/p>\n

I enjoy solving unique and challenging problems and am well acquainted with the high-paced startup environment.<\/b> I am accustomed to adopting different roles in a business and have dealt with a plethora of challenges, like conducting technical negotiations with customers, prototyping, project management, building a team, demonstrating product capabilities to prospective clients, designing products and developing manufacturing and market release plans.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
